Pat O’Day is the founder of O’Day Consultants; he possesses over 50 years of engineering and managerial experience, specializing in civil engineering, real estate, and law.
His unique background provides Pat with a broad range of expertise in land development, permit processing, and contract administration. He gained a trusted reputation for his ability to assess the civil engineering requirements for projects and assisting clients in completing permit processes. He was directly involved with local government agencies, concentrating on consultation negotiation, and environmental mitigation.
