Keith Hansen

Keith Hansen is a seasoned civil engineering professional with over 25 years of experience in the design and management of public works and land development projects. He has a proven track record in preparing project specifications, as well as designing and drafting essential construction documents, including grading and improvement plans, Stormwater Quality Management Plans (SWQMP), and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP).

Keith ensures that all projects are meticulously reviewed with team members to maintain adherence to budgets, schedules, and professional standards. In his role as Surveying & Mapping manager, Keith oversees all project phases, from initial concept through design and the approval of tentative maps, to the preparation of working drawings and final mapping. He excels in coordinating efforts with clients, consultants, contractors, and various government agencies to secure necessary permits and approvals.
