George O’Day

George O’Day brings almost 50 years of expertise in civil engineering, land surveying, environmental consulting, and project management. With over 40 years at O’Day Consultants, George has successfully led numerous private and public projects across Southern California. As a trusted single point of contact, he guides clients through every phase of their projects, from initial concepts and engineering support to plan approval, tentative mapping, entitlement processes, design, and final approvals.

George is highly experienced in managing a diverse array of surveying services. He efficiently coordinates with O’Day’s survey crews to translate field notes into boundary surveys, subdivision maps, parcel maps, lot line adjustments, records of survey, and corner records. His expertise extends to preparing ALTA surveys, legal descriptions, easements, and plats, as well as overseeing construction surveying, as-builts, and certification procedures for jurisdictional acceptance, including FEMA certifications and bond releases.
