EXPERIENCE

Nichole Fine has 16 years of civil engineering design and land surveying experience specializing in land development and public works/CIP projects. She has been with O’Day Consultants since 2000, beginning her career as an intern.

Nichole is responsible for overseeing the preparation of Tentative Maps, Final Maps, Grading Plans, and Improvement Plans for streets and utilities. She prepares hydrologic and hydraulic studies, storm water management plans, SWPPPs and earthwork calculations.

She is also a licensed Professional Land Surveyor with experience in topography, aerial mapping and as-built surveys and construction surveying services, such as construction staking. Her work for right-of-way surveying involves boundary determination and plats and legal descriptions for easement documents.

Nichole also provides seamless coordination with clients, subconsultants, City and County departments and other appropriate governing agencies to obtain the necessary permits and approvals for each project. Additionally, she facilitates work within her team, providing guidance and supervision to design engineers, AutoCAD technicians and survey crews.
